Took aliaspider's script and tweaked it for the Switch.

Is someone already working on a port? if not maybe we should wait until someone is, the Switch homebrew platform might change in the meantime and it would be annoying to commit these binaries twice.

Yeah, don't merge it yet. I started messing around with porting it last night, but there are still a few roadblocks that need to be worked on. It's mainly here for if and when said issues are taken care of.
