PPSSPP v1.5.4-997-g3472d62ff Windows 64 bit the music doesnt play properly it is horrible and scratchy and static ppsspplog.zip

Hm, it's possible it's related to IO timing. Have the latest improvements helped, and do different IO timing methods make any difference?
