Imperfect memory allocation affecting cheats

Commonly confused as cheat engine problem since most games are perfectly playable even with allocating stuff differently, which is annoying as people think supporting real cheat plugins or different cheat format would fix the problem, it would not ofc, since addresses not matching PSP would still be a problem.

Will be nice to collect affected titles here, unfortunately not all "not working cheats" will be an example of incorrect memory allocation, because in the net as well as those huge databases which people share in the forums there are also:

• simply unfinished/bad cheats,
• cheats for different game versions or regions,
• cheats in different format ~ for that it would be mostly tempAR action replay format, their cheat lines can be recognized by starting from _M instead of _L,

• cheats badly converted between formats, ie there are a lot of examples where people tried to "convert" action replay to cwcheat by renaming _M to _L which is dumb as the syntax mostly differs and would not work except for most basic write cheats which are similar and our cheat engine detects it as a very common mistake and corrects it.

  There will also be games affected by it which isn't reflected by cheats as some games have only asm cheats that aren't affected by the issue, ie most cheats I make myself are like that.

  So just to start the list of games affected by incorrect memory allocation:

  - God Eater 1/Burst/2,
  - Phantasy Star Portable 2,
  - Ys: The Ark of Napishtim,
  - Metal Gear Acid 2,
  - many others, so this list will grow in the future, feel free to edit it.

  This replaces #7453, #7524, #7775 and #10557, also should be kept instead any future "not working cheats" issues, unless someone actually gives a self made example that proves some code type doesn't match expected behaviour from real CWCheat plugin on psp. I'm adding cheats label and noted cheats in the title, however the problem is much deeper and might be affected by many things, adhoc, atrac etc, possibly affects compatibility of some of those games(ie updated GE2 is likely candidate).

Yugioh Arv V Tag Force Special, KoF Orochi Saga Collection and Undead Knights CW cheat doesn't work also in the latest ppsspp version.
