You need better pc processor or ram
tnx for answer
Well, for this game it's not entirely that simple - at least for Wipeout Pure, it drops itself down to 30 fps whenever there's an explosion or similar effect happening, and I haven't figured out a way to prevent that yet.
Pulse doesn't seem to have the same issue and runs smoother, in my experience (on devices that are fast enough, of course).

This cheat code can greatly help you if you are running on 30/60fps. You will not need frameskip
and I haven't figured out a way to prevent that yet.
Are you sure it doesn't happen on a real PSP?
-[Unknown]
On a real PSP it starts to tear instead in these instances, if I remember correctly, been a while (it flips the display pointer in the middle of scanout)... Should look at it again
On my device (8 GB of RAM Intel® Core™ i5-7400 CPU @ 3.00GHz × 4 GeForce GTX 1050/PCIe/SSE2 Pop!_OS 18.04)
Both run perfectly fine at 60 fps (Vulkan mode ofc)
Still an issue?
@ResurrectionRedmi9 Please stop or I'll block you.
No feedback/outdated?
What happens?
Game runs on halved FPS 30/60 on default settings in single race/tournament.
What should happen?
Game would need to run max FPS
What hardware, operating system, and PPSSPP version? On desktop, GPU matters for graphical issues.
Using PPSSPP 1.8.0 from ppsspp.org with GPU backend Direct3D11 with rendering device Intel(HD)graphics device
