What happens?

Game has broken textures

What should happen?

Game should have normal textures

What hardware, operating system, and PPSSPP version? On desktop, GPU matters for graphical issues.

D3D 9,PPSSPP latest from website,Windows 8.1 Pro

Could you try exporting a GE frame dump? These help a lot.

You can zip that and then drag and drop it into a reply here.

No broken car textures in D3D9 but it happened: ezgif com-gif-maker
