What happens?

The back ground is not drawing correctly. The most easy understand scean is result screen when after completed mission. See attached screen shot. This issue is happen since long long ago.

What should happen?

Draw back ground correctly.

What hardware, operating system, and PPSSPP version? On desktop, GPU matters for graphical issues.

PPSSPP Ver.：1.10.3-1278 OS：Windows10（64-bit）Japanese CPU：Ryzen7 3800X（8-core） GPU：RADEON RX5700XT Resolution：2560×1440 RAM：32GB

I tested by software rendering. Result: It will freeze....(Freeze in playable screen.) PPSSPP can response to close. But, It can't reset or return to menu.
