Some new Android performance APIs to look into

Not sure if or which of these will actually be useful for us, but good to be aware of.

• PerformanceHintManager : link to video location

• Fixed performance mode for profiling, available on some (which?) devices: adb shell cmd power set-fixed-performance-mode-enabled video link

• Thermal headroom API: video link PowerManager.OnThermalStatusChangedListener etc

• Android Vitals has an API. Might make a public crash dashboard at some point.

• Google Play Games has an input SDK. not sure if useful.

• Frame Pacing Library might be interesting. https://developer.android.com/games/sdk/frame-pacing
