MotoGP: Rendering breaks if you don't skip the cinematic #17659

Reported by, among others, Siddharta on Discord and Rayan on e-mail.

Reported to happen on Windows but it's probably not platform-specific.

Trying Moto GP (Namco 2006 PSP game), I noticed that, at the game start screen, when it says "Press Start Button", if we do press it, everything works fine then, but if we don't do it instantly, and let the game cinematic video automatically run, then no matter how many times we press the start button to end the cinematic video and play after, the screen stays grey all the time and we cannot see anything even though we hear the sound of the menu buttons when we tap (the game may then works internally but we cannot see anything on the screen).

I've now tested this on master with the European version (UCES00373), and it works perfectly fine, whether you watch the cinematic or not.

So I'm going to close.

I can reproduce, I get this after skipping the cutscene (USA version / Windows 10 / i5-12400F / RTX 3060 Ti):

I made a frame dump but it just shows a black screen :/ But here it is anyway, idk if it's going to be of any help: ULUS10153.zip

edit: Tested with the oldest PPSSPP version available currently on the orphis page (529df5e19 from early November) and it's already happening.

I notice that while Henrik didn't face any problem with the EU version, we both face this issue with the U.S version of the game. I tested it on my PSP again, and everything runs fine. Really curious to know why the rendering breaks like that while playing it with the emulator specifically.

I'm re-opening. Still, not likely to prioritize this one right now so I'm bumping it to 1.17.
