Update Russian translation #19496

P.S. I found "GPI/GPO switches/LEDs" dialog isn't scrollable on small window size and requires to increase it for interaction: 0 1 Unlike other dialogs (example): 2 Don't know is it a bug or not.

Thanks, I'll do something about the GPI/GPO switches. It's a really obscure debugging feature though.

Speaking of GPO LEDs... Does it make sense to add them to the savestates?

In theory, yes. In practice, I doubt anyone cares .. the few games that use them tend to update them regularly (like Parappa) so if the values are lost, it really doesn't matter.
