crackling sounds on Android again #2829

I think this crackling sounds was caused by build v0.8.1-632-g05dfd27. because I haven't experienced too much crackling sounds before build v0.8.1-632-g05dfd27. also I think i noticed that when a game with slow performance makes the audio delayed.

Note: I tested with Project DIVA 2nd.

Try testing out v0.8.1-617-g086746e, it should not have those crackling sounds. Even Windows is affected by this.
