PPSSPP,PSP also same as PPSSPP.

Hmm, it's possible this could even be a bug in the PSP emulator on the PS3 or something. Hard to tell, especially if we're the same as the PSP and we're also the same in HD.

PSP run the HD version looks broken,MP4 can't be played,graphical broken,block tranfer also get offset.
