NuPack cannot generate mfe file #2

Hi,

NuPack cannot generate mfe file when I run Run_RBS_Calculator.py.

Also, could you please post the latest version of RBS_Calculator, if possible.

Hey I never found a solution to this. But I found out later that SalisLab hosts an updated version of this calculator online at: https://salislab.net/software/predict_rbs_calculator. I could use it for free by signing up with my university email.
