We plan to add 3-6 new small services for next ctf (dec 2019/jan 2020)

Maybe in the future services could be packaged with podman "Containerfile" format (https://github.com/containers/libpod/blob/master/docs/source/markdown/podman-build.1.md) that is similar to Dockerfile format. With https://github.com/containers/fuse-overlayfs we have a high performance file system that can be used by podman containers inside unprivileged LXD containers. Haven't tested the performance yet.

Created one new service. Not sure how to include without making it public before next ctf
