todo:

[x] CTFDEV_CONFIG in ctf.py should define the provider in ssh key paths in inventory
[x] add inventories/ctf_config.yml to .gitignore and remove from repo

seems to work now. pull also includes a downgrade to the last ansible version without the "check_implicit_admin"-bug. also includes travis ci
