Automatically exclude jquery.mobile directory from build and put .js back on jquery.min file

Equivalent to Right click on project -> Properties -> JavaScript -> Include 
Path -> Exclude -> Edit

Looks more complicated than I hoped ...

I tried to copy the right files to {project}/.settings/*, but ....
