Clean up the way Flowplayer clip parameters are configured #12

Clean up the way "metaData:true|false" is being configured for Flowplayer - can 
common clip 
properties be handled in the config somehow? For example, perhaps there should 
be a 
"playerSpecific: {}" stream level setting?
