Change naming of "selectionCriteria" to "adTags"

Added additional configuration field "adTags" that allows the 
"selectionCriteria" config param name to be 
depreciated. 

Fixed in Flowplayer OAS 0.2.3, JW Player 0.3.1, VAST Framework 0.3.2

Had to rename "adTags" to "adParameters" in 0.3.3 VAST Framework
