Possible options:
Disallow movement of courses if its prereqs have not been satisfied - DONE
Move courses that lose prereqs back to the courses tab - DONE
Disallow courses to be dropped into quarter before a prereq - DONE
Address the 340 coreq - DONE
If a course prereq is moved to a quarter after the course, move the course to the quarter after the prereq - NAH
