Out Tracert command - Huawei #23

Hi everyone, could anyone help me, I'm having difficulty in leaving the tracert command, it does not return any value.

There may be a problem on the router side. You have tested the command from the console on web-server?

Hello @hsdn ,

Follow the tests that I performed on my router in Sao Paulo, No problem in the router, See that the command works perfertamente in the router, I just do not have the result in the screen of the web server.

You tested this without the line $telnet->write('screen-length 0 temporary'); ?

Without the ( $telnet->write('screen-length 0 temporary') line it displays command failed, as below

Sorry, we cannot detect a problem without a direct telnet access to the router.
