Import/Export buttons #18

Added Import/Export Buttons and reformatted all needed coding styles to reflect ES6+ standard. Import/Export buttons save and load content through base64 encoding/decoding. Implemented VUEX for iconization and Textarea Pop-ups.

Some text translated in Italian to reflect my mother language, but soon will be added a function to detect the user's browser language.
