VSCode version 1.38.0 seems to break the extension

Running any query is returning command 'elastic.execute' not found

uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't seem to fix the issue.

Windows 10/VSCode 1.38.0

Issue resolved itself next day. Possible duplicate of #45
