It will simplify the code greatly by using the note_model repository to find the notes in adaptive tuning

Note model can not be used to find the notes in adaptive tuning. This repository uses symbtr to adapt the tuning.

In the future note_model should accept a set of notes to be searched. At that point we should start using that repository.

I'm reopening the issue for that reason. Nevertheless this is not a priority issue.
