Creates post commit csv line changes
Maintains correct lines after lex
Made code easier to expand
Instead on only saving one file per commit, now it saves all files per commit

Looks good. If you don't mind, I manually cherry-picked most of these changes because I had some local improvements as well; will push my state directly to master and just close this one, if that's alright wit you
