Update uproot version #42

Okay, I do not understand why it works now. Lifting the uproot restriction should not change anything, uproot 5 is not yet out AFAIK. It works though, that's the point, and if it fails, we could still undo. LGTM!

Yeah its strange. I think the lower bound on the uproot version maybe the problem and the issue might be with the older version.
