Here is the list of must have functional requirements:

  1. Identifying the most suitable architecture for our software #6
    • we should probably opt for a SaaS architecture
  2. Identifying the most suitable database architecture and technology #7
    • investigate both SQL and NoSQL options such as mongodb
  3. Identifying the best framework and programming language that we should use to develop this software #8
    • consider PHP zend and Laravel frameworks, JSP and ASP.NET MVC Framework
