• 幫助他人決策
• 單純的通知他人

不同種類的報告

• 報告: 長度、格式、風格、內容。
• 報告的目的、讀者
• 種類
  • 常規報告 : 每次固定頻率的時間向他人報告。
  • 特殊報告 : 針對特別的調查、實驗報告或主題。
  • 長報告 : 針對比較大的議題，例如: 人口普查，有細節、結果。
  • 短報告 :

報告的建議

• 決定報告的目的?
  • 是提供資訊? 提供建議? 或對事實提出分析?

+誰是你的讀者?

• 他已經知道什麼事?他又不知道那些事?
• 哪些資訊需要填補?這些資訊必須寫在報告中。
• 你必須清楚知道什麼樣的細節或背景知識事需要的?

• 確認一下有無透漏敏感訊息?

• 確認一下你是否可以用照片、圖片、圖表代替字來表達重要的觀念。

• 不要超過兩種字體

簡短的報告結構

• Title : 標題
• Terms of Reference : 參考的項目
• Method of procedure : 你的方法
• Finding : 你的發現
• Conclusions : 結論
• Recommendations : 建議
• Signature, date and contact details

Title:

• 內容報告的簡潔的名稱，描述報告的主要目的。
• Example : Report on Key Customer interview results March - May 2017

Terms of Reference

• 本報告的目的、主題和範圍，一到兩句。
• Example : This covers the sample interviews we held with key customers to determine customer satisfaction rates and areas of improvement.

Title : Key technology study of Angular

This is Tim, There are two points for this weekly report.

First, I study how to use RxJs for events management .
Then, based on RxJS knowledge, I study how to use NgRx for state management of Angular applications.
