SCO (Secondary Capture Object) is troublesome and always need special attention.

Source code to anonymize, decompress and expand the tomo SCO (secondary capture object) is in https://sbia-svn/projects/CBIG-dicomAnonymization/dicomAnonymization/trunk/runTomoAnon.m. Be sure to grab a copy of the anon key from CBIG project /cbica/comp_space/CBIG/Scripts/Anonymization/cbig_anonpattern.cfg and replace it in the runTomoAnon.m.

I don't have access to that folder for some reason. Tried to checkout the code and access was denied. Should I put an elog ticket?
