I am in a process of backing up the data in /cbica/projects/Mayo-Radiomics/Pipelines/TextureLattice_20180828/ to an external hard-drive. This is to reduce the disk space usage on the cbica-cluster down to 3.4TB on 9/20/2018 as proposed in https://cbica-infr-velog.uphs.upenn.edu/elog/CBICA+Cluster/14436. This backup is now taking place on CBIG-DL machine in Aimilia's office to avoid UPHS mandatory check on transfer to external drives on Windows, which drastically slows down the process. Upon completion, /cbica/projects/Mayo-Radiomics/Pipelines/TextureLattice_20180828/ should be removed.
See #30 for resuming the pipeline after the transition of the cbica-cluster.
