MG dataset is in /cbica/home/hsiehm/Projects/Breasts/Data/LIBRA_Training in which you can find these directories for the DICOM:

DICOM files in these directories might be gzip compressed. gunzip *dcm.gz to decompress them.

Ground truth files (*.mat) are in /cbica/home/hsiehm/Projects/Breasts/Data/LIBRA_Training/Ground_Truth.
