Multi-account #369

This could be a purely UI abstract that just sets limits on sending from a certain account.

Yeah that would be the easiest solution.

A more sophisticated one is tougher as lnd does not really have multi-account support, so flipping between folders (wallet is placed in the "data" folder") could work but is a bit messy.
