fix handling of data files in top level Makefile.am #21

the Makefile.am should read:
dist_man_MANS = stressapptest.1
otherwise, the man page doesn't get installed to the right place

then just omit COPYING altogether as automake will import it correctly by 
default.  you can verify by running `make distcheck`.
