Bump symfony/deprecation-contracts to (^2.1|^3) #197

Hi @hslavich!

Im wondering if its reasonable to bump the symfony/deprecation-contracts dependency to support the 3.x branch? Symfony 5.4.x components now require symfony/deprecation-contracts (^2.1|^3)

Any thoughts here would be appreciated.
