Add in questions to check understanding.

Separate chapters or within existing text?

Can use https://github.com/Bergam0t/webexercises to provide a range of question types that allow feedback (but will ideally get this merged into main https://github.com/PsyTeachR/webexercises in long run - fork just adds the feedback option)
