Comprehensively add unreleased tracks in Undertale & Deltarune

"Comprehensively" is pretty subjective, but we want to add basically everything you'd expect to see on a "game page" for anything in the Undertale series/franchise! Rosetta listed off the stuff that's currently on the wiki: (#issuefication-zone, 6 Jan 2024)

Non-Soundtrack Undertale tracks: Gaster's Theme Room of Dog (unofficial name, mus_dogroom) mus_star mus_smile (and the not-listed sound effect being heavily slowed down in mus_smile)

Non-Soundtrack Deltarune tracks: cybercity_alt man

This was in the context of adding "franchise" artists to more stuff under "Music from video games", and on that note Rosetta also said:

If "Undertale" and "Deltarune" credits are added, don't forget to link to the "artist" on the relevant group page.

Do we really want to make an UNDERTALE / DELTARUNE franchise artist? Doesn't the UT/DR group serve basically the same purpose?

I am totally up for (starting) on UT/DR game "albums", though

We're not expecting to add a franchise artist, really, no — these would just be grouped in a section under Unreleased Tracks most likely, for now. With better organization when we figure out how to comprehensively handle in-game music.
