Sheet Music Files & MIDI Project Files on albums / Additional Files cleanup

We currently list some sheet music and MIDIs under albums' "Additional Files" fields because they don't apply to one track individually, and because there is no support for "Sheet Music Files" and "MIDI Project Files" on albums. Pending hsmusic/hsmusic-wiki#446 we'd like to move these additional files to more appropriate fields:

• Sburb
  • "Composer's sheet music, all-in-one" -> album's "Sheet Music Files"
• Land of Fans and Music
  • "The Straggler (Sburban Rush Animation)" -> track's "Additional Files"
• Jailbreak Vol. 1
  • "NES Sound Format Files" -> tracks' "MIDI Project Files", just review how these were initially distributed / packaged, too
• Land of Fans and Music 3
  • "Garden of Eden - Full Score" -> album's "Sheet Music Files" (this track is in two parts)
  • "Disc 2 Cover Wallpaper" -> track's "Additional Files" (if not implemented as proper artworks...)

  • "Full album piano score" -> album's "Sheet Music Files"
  • "Full album MIDI" -> album's "MIDI Project Files"
• Cool and New Homestuck
  • "Harleband Full Art" -> track's commentary or additional artworks
• Cool and New Homestuck 3
  • "7 GRAND END Commentary Booklet" -> track's "Additional Files"
• Homestuck Vol. 11
  • "The Baby is 2 Script" -> track's "Additional Files"
• Beyond Canon
  • Narrative Command "Piano blueprint" -> same track's "Sheet Music Files"...? Appears to be an error.

  • "Transcripts & Miscellany" -> tracks' "Additional Files"

This isn't quite the same as the full Additional Files pass in #205 but it covers most of the same ground. Review again afterwards, but there may not be additional work besides what's in the list above.
