Treat My Hibernation as versions of one track #461

The commentary on Havoc (which lacks a source that may or may not have included a more specific link) should have its "another song" link changed to point to the "super" version of My Hibernation — we don't know which version it was referring to, if any.

Fin and Havoc should both have their refs point to the "super" / leitmotif / etc versions, also.

Closing this as reference investigation TBD. These aren't really the same track.
