Adds Noirscape, resolves #535. Still some stuff to fill out here, todos:

[x] Booklet commentary
- [x] Check about mentioned "goodies folder" / "soundtest folder"
- [x] Review reference lists in terms of commentary
[x] Sample lists (i.e, lots of IaMotMC)
[x] Art tags (detailed ones from dizzims)
[x] Lyrics (mostly chopped-up midnight crew)
[x] Wallpaper
