Add Nautical Climb #579

Fixes a missing reference by Nautical Nightmare. This is a stub PR, need to review (mostly check if Nautical Climb is directly referred to in commentary, and review order of references).

Merge alongside hsmusic/hsmusic-media#79.

If this is from fobby (because it's from the 4/13 sound test), it would be nice to see if we can find an original name, or review how we feel about grabbing names from there. It is included in the current sound test (#hsmusic-chat) which I thought we'd ratified as being relevant to inclusion on the wiki, but I don't know for sure about that yet. Review hsmusic-chat around 3/20/2024 I think.
