Update outdated YouTube playlist or full album links

I noticed that as we've altered or expanded the tracklists for some albums, the YouTube album links haven't necessarily kept up to date. Here's a list of discrepancies in Official and Fandom (I didn't find anything in Beyond but I didn't check those super thoroughly):

• [x] One Year Older (missing it's good to see you again)
• [ ] The Baby is You (A Baby Legend is extraneous, playlist AND full album)

• [x] Jailbreak Vol. 1 (missing Audio Commentary)

While some of these songs were previously missing individual YT links, I've added them in #65 so it should be easy to find.

This is a bit bigger of an issue to tackle than the other ones I've moved over to Post-Release 2022, but it fits the overall fixes + polish guideline there.
