Move chronology links to contribution tooltip #520

Stub issue, but here's the demo visual (#hsmusic-chat).

Contribution tooltip, which shows the artist's external links and platform names, like usual, then a dotted divider line, and arrows facing left and right and including the (colorized) links to the artist's next and previous tracks.
