Album social embed "first group" is a bit flawed #558

We're using the first group in an album's group list to represent its heading/author line, which is often OK, but nowadays we prefer to represent all groups of the same category - see #387. We can display multiple groups in the heading line, but we can't link to multiple. So we need to rethink what goes in this heading line, or rethink what we link to (for example, show whichever groups are relevant, but always link to the homepage, in every social embed).

We got one "yeah" to making all heading lines link to hsmusic.wiki! It is vaguely plausible. LOL (#hsmusic-chat)
