Link could go below "View commentary page!" or in the nav bar—only on the main album page - e.g, "Homestuck Vol. 5 (Random Track; Gallery)".

[x] Basic implementation
[x] Rest of the goddarn page (i.e. nav)
[x] Integration into album info page nav ("Random Track, Gallery")
[x] Wallpaper background carries through
[x] Exclude tracks without unique track art (changed approach on this one)
[x] Only generate at all for albums which at least have some unique track art
