Add external links for removed tracks #8

When tracks were removed from homestuck but uploaded elsewhere, we should link to those.

Besides Bill Bolin's tracks (which I don't care to bring any more attention to than as a linkless footnote in reference lists), agreed. Are there any particular tracks that've been missed?

This would include stuff like https://github.com/hsmusic/hsmusic.github.io/pull/9. I see some of it's already on the site, but there are a few other tracks like that one that got split up.
