failed to parse hironx_ros_bridge/models/kawada-hironx_nosim.xml #193

Seen on 2 different machines. With r5384 downloaded cleanly and built by 
`catkin_make`,

$ rtmlaunch hironx_ros_bridge hironx_ros_bridge_simulation.launch 
}}}

returns the following message, and never seems to run as we expect (ie. launch 
openhrp3's simulator). The most suspicious part of the log:

When we created a dummy `hironx_ros_bridge/models/kawada-hironx_nosim.xml` 
file, the simulator launches but crashes within a second.

As described in Issue 189, .xml/.conf files are generated from .in file with 
configure_file command. add these code in catkin.cmake in r5390 of 
rtmros_common.

You need to update openhrp3/hrpsys to work with catkin_make.
