ManualClassify: correct bug that causes no categories to be selected to view after use of load / edit button in ManageMCconfig #18

In the StartMC / Edit configuration gui, after the user clicks the Load / Edit button for category list, no classes are highlighted to view. This results in a behavior where the Manual Classification windows does not open (since there are no categories to display).
