ManualClassify: "select all remaining in class" does not behave properly in case when user has ROIs displayed in sets #20

In the case that ROIs are displayed in sets and the user chooses the "select all remaining in class" option, ROI selection and mapping to classes initially work, but then the annotations are mis-assigned if the user then selects to a new class (for further ROI selections) before moving to view a new class.

Bug correction handled in commit 312c33b with the intention that sets of ROIs now behave the same as classes with respect to interaction with the "selected all remaining in class" button
