Corrections to be made

Some names previously corrected are still there due to some error in the merging (my fault).

• [x] first to rendering thread
• [x] Space after if
• [x] Change the NewRelativeOrientation command idl.thrift files by putting the parameter duration as the last one. Remember to change the script.sh file, the GraspExample files and ControlHandPlugin files
• [x] Change ControlHandPlugin to ControlPlugin

  Send out pose

• [x] BufferedPort for the pose
• [x] eliminate logic to send out the pose
• [x] another name for the port, better if the user can choose it
• [x] yarp::os::network a class variable
