Adds worker that listens for rabbitmq messages that are sent by https://github.com/anishathalye/offix/tree/master/offix-sniffer

I will merge this, as it doesn't add broken wifi sniffer, and only enable additional data sources through rabbitmq and additional worker process that is optional.
