Error Step 3 of install #1

Hi,

In the INSTALL doc, Step 3, when we run "./waf" it says:

rcasey@cray2:~/lustrefs/hsp-wrap-master> ./waf Waf: Entering directory `/mnt/lustre_server/users/rcasey/hsp-wrap-master/build' No wscript file in directory /mnt/lustre_server/users/rcasey/hsp-wrap-master/3rdparty/ncbi-20090802

There is no "ncbi-20090802" directory in the distro. Are we missing something during the install process?

Hi Richard, Sorry for the late reply was travelling past few week. We have updated the HSP-BLAST it should work now. Please take at added sample script on how to set the environment for HSP-BLAST. I appreciate you testing this code. Thanks Bhanu
