Gryph recognition is broken (flickering) when glyph is moving #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Place glyph in front of your camera
2. Move/rotate it slowly
3. Preview recognition results

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The glyph should be found in case of slow movements/rorations. Right now it
seems that current implementation looses it for a moment which causes to have
this ugly effect - switching fourth and back between the image and the glyph.

I understand this is not an easy task to find the glyph but maybe you can
workout the issue.

If glyph's movement is slow, then it should not be an issue. But if you move it
faster, then glyph's image gets blured which makes it hard to detect its edges.

use more light and force camera to work at higher shutter speeds so you don't
get blurry images. background should have a medium brigthness, not to dark or
to bright.
maybe webcam don't allow this, but you can try using a pre-recorded video.
